It is known at this point that I am a pretty avid meal planner. I also love to stock up. No secret there. 

There are multiple reasons why I do this, one of which is that we have chosen to live in a place that is far away from the standard grocery stores. If I run out of something, I can go to the local {albeit TINY} store and hope they have my missing item on the shelf.

Pinterest is just about my most favorite thing to do. I can spend hours perusing great craft ideas, teaching inspiration, and tasty recipes.

I am self-admittedly a little crazy about my boards, I have organized them in the way I like to meal plan. I like to do monthly meal planning, and to do so, I try to stick to a theme per day. Those themes do adjust throughout the year, as the weather can dictate things.

I have been a pretty avid meal planner for the past few years. I have tried several methods, and for us, monthly shopping, supplementing about 1 time (two weeks in) is what works the best. Meal planning is daunting. It is a time investment. But, for me, taking the stress out of meal planning for the remainder of the month is oh so worth it.

I have perfected (for my family) a method that is tried and true and it really seems to work.
